Welcome to Old Dude Adventures (ODA). By booking a trip, using our website, or interacting with our team, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Our adventures are designed for men aged 40 and up. Participants must be 18 years or older to book, and should be in reasonably good health to participate in physical activities such as hiking, biking, and running. If you have any health concerns, please consult a physician before booking.
2. Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Full payment is typically due [60] days prior to the adventure start date unless otherwise noted.
Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or other methods listed at checkout.
Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by our team.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. While we strive to be flexible, we also incur upfront costs. Our general cancellation terms are:
Cancellations 90+ days before the trip: Full refund minus deposit
Cancellations 60–89 days before the trip: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 60 days before the trip: No refund
In some cases, your trip may be transferable to another person. Contact our team to discuss options.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
4. Changes or Cancellations by ODA
ODA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to insufficient enrollment, natural disasters, local conditions, force majeure, or other factors outside our control.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to rebook for a future date. ODA is not responsible for expenses incurred (e.g., airfare, travel insurance) as a result of cancellations or changes.
5. Participant Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Obtaining a valid passport and any required visas
Ensuring your fitness level aligns with the trip requirements
Communicating any health conditions, dietary needs, or physical limitations in advance
Following the guidance of ODA staff and respecting local customs and environments
6. Health & Safety
Our adventures include physical activities. You participate at your own risk and agree to assume all responsibility for your health, safety, and personal belongings.
ODA is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during the trip unless caused by our proven negligence.
7. Code of Conduct
ODA trips are built on mutual respect, shared growth, and camaraderie. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the group.
8. Use of Media
